Nail strengtheners can be applied to help strengthen weak nails, be sure to follow the manufactures instructions Use the pads of your fingers when typing, excessive tapping on the free edge of the nails can cause damage to the natural nails

Use a base coat - to stop staining Use a top coat - this prolongs polish After your treatment please:- Wear Gloves -To protect against chemical & physical damage while doing housework and especially for gardening so if soil gets trapped under the nail it could cause a nail infection. Apply Cuticle Oil - Apply daily to keep the nail extension flexible and therefore they will be less prone to becoming brittle and breaking. Nails are flammable - Avoid flames Don’t cut false nails as this will cause them to shatter and could damage the natural nail Maintenance - Every 2 weeks for infills, then at 4 weeks for rebalance. Nail biters come back after 1 week to check, then return every 2 weeks. If you notice any changes in colour, i.e.. Green, yellow, black, brown or if you see opaque near bottom of nail it could be lifting so please contact so I can check to make sure there are no infections. The nails may need repairing or removing. Accidental Damage - Contact me as small chips can be filed. Contra Actions - Please don’t remove the nails yourself by pulling or picking off as this can cause semi-permanent and permanent damage, ridging, weak, split, (soft & thin nails if repeated) and infections. Allergic Reactions - Please call me immediately to have nails removed. You may remove the nails by soaking them off in acetone and a drop of oil. Then you should see your GP. Signs of allergies may include 1 or more off the folowing itchy hands, arms, fingers, swelling, pain, minor reactions or red blotching around the face.
